Responsibilities
- Oversee daily café operations ensuring smooth service and product quality.
- Lead, train, and manage FOH teams maintaining high performance and discipline.
- Prepare and manage FOH staff rosters based on business needs.
- Monitor daily sales, wastage, and production vs sales ensuring optimal efficiency and minimal losses.
- Maintain inventory control, stock ordering, and proper wastage management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle feedback professionally.
- Manage daily reporting, cash handling, and basic financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Work with management for expansion of existing operations.
- 7-20 years of experience in bakery café / F&B management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in fast‑paced, high‑volume operations.
- Good understanding of cost control, reporting, and operations.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
