Product Manager - Passenger Vehicle Franchise
Develop and manage pricing strategies in alignment with market trends and business goals
Prepare cost sheets and ensure accurate product costing for all variants
Conceptualize and execute national and regional marketing campaigns
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives
Define and maintain product positioning strategies to optimize market presence
Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis
Collaborate with marketing teams on ATL BTL activities, product promotions and events
Monitor marketing ROI and effectiveness
Oversee daily operations at the divisional office and ensure smooth coordination between teams
Design sales incentive schemes
Monitor performance metrics and ensure timely disbursement of incentives
Forecast and plan monthly orders by model, variant and colour
Liaise with OEM for order placements and allocation confirmations
Maintain healthy inventory levels and optimize stock rotation across locations
Analyse stock aging and take corrective actions
Generate and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) for performance tracking and reporting
Automate reporting processes where possible
Act as a single point of contact for all communication and coordination with the OEM team
Ensure timely resolution of issues and compliance with OEM guidelines
