We are currently hiring for a motivated and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive growth for the company.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Train new sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or a similar role in the same industry, preferably in Pakistan.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Fluent in English;
Urdu language is an advantage. - Valid work permit for Oman.
Salary: $1200 per month, tax‑free. This is a contract position for 1 year with the possibility of extension based on performance.
