The Business Manager is primarily responsible for leading Ego Pharmaceuticals commercial team across the Country to maximize performance and profitability. This will be achieved through empowering and motivating the commercial team to achieve sales targets through monitoring and evaluating team performance and providing professional and technical support when required. This role will consistently demonstrate and represent the Ego values and spirit to our external partners and internal workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Understand market dynamics and adapt a strategy to grow Ego business across different trade channels within the country to drive leadership position and market share within our category.
- Setting key account targets and ensuring these targets are achieved through executing account plans and providing technical support
- Evaluating team performance and providing coaching and training to develop the commercial teams sales capabilities to drive demand generation through HCPs
- Monitor the Distributor operations and collaborate with Different departments within Ego to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory l evels within the distributor
To be successful in this position, you must meet the following criteria:
Qualifications- Experience across Medical or Pharmaceutical Sales in leadership roles
- Ability to lead teams through motivating and empowering individuals
- Ability to maintain positive relationships and manage stakeholders appropriately
