Business Development Specialist- Logistics

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our Commercial team in Oman.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calls, emails and client networking.
- Review RFQs, contracts and submit business proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Prepare sales reports and market analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized logistics solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Strong experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry preferred.
- Proven track record of closing large business deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Local market exposure in Oman is an advantage.
