We are hiring a Senior Product Manager, on site in Muscat, to own the backlog and drive delivery for a major area of national platforms.

What you’ll do:

Own the backlog, turn the roadmap into prioritized, build ready work, and steer your squad to ship it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for one or more delivery squads, aligned to the product roadmap and vision
• Translate strategy and roadmap into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria the team can build
• Be the team's daily voice of the product: answer questions, make trade off calls, and unblock decisions fast
• Order the backlog ruthlessly by value, and decide what is in and out of each sprint
• Accept or reject completed work against acceptance criteria, and own the definition of done with the team
• Run backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews alongside the Scrum Master and engineering
• Gather and manage requirements across government entities, and turn conflicting asks into one ordered backlog
• Track delivery against outcomes, and continuously reprioritize as you learn

What makes you a fit:

• You have owned a real product backlog and driven a squad to ship working software, not just managed a tracker
• You write crisp user stories and acceptance criteria, and you slice work so teams can actually deliver it
• You prioritize by value, and you are comfortable saying no and deferring the rest
• You are decisive in the room, so the team gets fast, clear answers from you
• You partner well with engineering and design, and with the Product Manager who owns the roadmap above you
• You manage demanding stakeholders without letting the backlog become a wish list
• You hold a Bachelor's or higher in a relevant field; CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe POPM certifications are a plus
• Bonus points for government, regulated, or platform and multitenant products
• Fluent English required;
  Arabic is a valuable advantage
