Data & Operations Analyst

The data & operations analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting operational data to monitor the organization’s performance against defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The role supports management decision‑making by providing accurate reports, dashboards, and performance insights while ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory reporting requirements.

• Develop and maintain performance monitoring systems and KPI dashboards for operational and strategic activities.
• Collect, verify, and analyze operational data from different departments such as operations, maintenance, engineering, and finance.
• Prepare periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual) on operational and project performance in line with business needs and in collaboration with other departments’ users of such reports.
• Track KPIs related to service delivery, operational efficiency, asset performance, and contractual compliance.
• Support management in reviewing operational performance and developing improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with contractual reporting requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required reports and performance analysis.
• Assist in developing new KPIs and improving existing performance measurement frameworks.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in reporting, performance monitoring or operational environments
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools (i.e. PowerBI, Google BI, Qlik Sense).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
