Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Office and local commercial teams in monitoring performance, driving business development, and strengthening market intelligence across Oman.
  • Monitor, analyze, and track commercial KPIs across Oman trade activities.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency, including proper input from sales teams.
  • Take ownership of KPI follow-up and performance tracking.
  • Provide detailed performance analysis by customer, trade lane, and market segment.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations to improve commercial performance.
  • Drive the adoption and commercial use of the Spot On platform.
  • Monitor and analyze digital KPIs such as booking performance, active users, conversion rates, and repeat business.
  • Conduct market studies to identify new business opportunities and growth potential.
  • Analyze customer trends and market dynamics within the region.
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and management reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a key point of contact for commercial data and insights.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business analysis, or related roles
  • Strong interest in shipping, logistics, or commercial operations
  • Solid analytical skills with a strong focus on KPIs and performance tracking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data tools (e.g., Qlik Sense or similar)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced, and high-responsibility environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive mindset, curiosity, and strong ownership
  • Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)
