Bondoni is seeking an experienced, reliable, and professionally polished Operations Assistant to join our team in Muscat.
This role requires a minimum of three years hands on experience in a SANAD office.
Working in our Operations team, it supports our corporate services, government liaison workflows, and internal operations with accuracy, speed, and international‑standard communication, serving clients from multiple countries and sectors.
Minimum Requirements- 2–5 years of hands‑on experience working inside a Sanad office (mandatory)
- Strong exposure to client handling, documentation, and government processes
- Full hands‑on experience with all major Omani government online systems, including:
- MOL / MOLSW
- ROP eVisa
- Invest Easy (MoCIIP)
- Municipality systems
- Tax Authority portals
- Social Protection Fund (SPF)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field
- Excellent written and spoken English, supported by valid English language certificates (IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent)
- Experience working with international companies, expatriate individuals, and global service standards
- Ability to meet international documentation, communication, and compliance expectations
- Ability to work under pressured time frames, manage multiple priorities, and deliver with accuracy
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional maturity
- Support daily operations across corporate services and government processes
- Prepare, submit, and track applications through all relevant government portals
- Coordinate documentation, renewals, attestations, and compliance‑related tasks
- Communicate professionally with international clients, expatriate employees, and cross‑border stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and internal systems
- Work closely with Bondoni’s PRO, operations, and compliance teams to ensure timely execution
- Ensure all outputs meet international formatting, clarity, and service‑delivery standards
- Proven 3-5 year Sanad office experience with deep understanding of government workflows
- Strong English communication skills with certification
- Confident, clear communicator able to interact with international companies, global partners, and expatriate individuals
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- High level of integrity, reliability, and client‑service mindset
- Understands international expectations for accuracy, professionalism, and client experience
