The Graduate Development Program is designed for ambitious and high‑performing graduates seeking to build a career in professional services. Successful candidates will work alongside experienced professionals, participate in structured training programs, and contribute to client engagements across various industries. • Educational background:
  Bachelor’s or master’s degree holder graduating by September 2026

• Computer Science, Cybersecurity/Information Security, Artificial Intelligence, Management Information System, Information Systems/Technology
• Data Science, Data Analytics, Engineering (and derivatives), Insurance, Risk Management, Public Policy, Project Management

• Minimum GPA 3.3/4.0 or equivalent

• Fresh graduates with no prior experience

• Fluency in English and Arabic required

• Strong intercultural awareness
• Successful completion of all online assessments and interview
• Passing both virtual and in‑person assessment centers
