Role Overview
WATCO is seeking a qualified and motivated ICV Officer to strengthen our compliance and reporting framework in line with Oman s In Country Value ICV program. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring reporting and ensuring WATCO s adherence to ICV targets across our Oil amp Gas projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and submit ICV reports and updates to management and relevant authorities
- Ensure WATCO remains fully compliant with ICV requirements and guidelines
- Monitor and track progress against ICV targets in manpower procurement training and local sourcing
- Liaise with project teams to integrate ICV objectives into daily operations
- Support audits inspections and reviews related to ICV compliance
- Recommend strategies to enhance WATCO s contribution to Oman s ICV framework
- Bachelor s degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in procurement, compliance, or Oil & Gas sector HR/ICV reporting
- Strong knowledge of Oman s ICV framework and Tawteen portal reporting
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple departments
