We are looking for a Facilities & Operations Manager to join our team.
This role combines main areas of responsibility:
- Facilities & Operations Management – ensuring the efficient operation of the facility, including workplace maintenance, health and safety compliance, warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination and shipments.
- Production Operations – supporting production planning, coordinating production activities, and ensuring the efficient execution of production plans.
- Client Relations & Event Support – welcoming customers, organizing site visits, demonstrations, and corporate events while coordinating suppliers and contractors.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, partners, and service providers.
PrincipleDuties & Responsibilities Operations & Facility Management:
- Manage relationships with energy suppliers (electricity, gas, water), ensuring service quality and resolving disputes.
- Oversee site cleanliness, safety standards, and occupational health compliance.
- Organize fire safety checks, staff training, and interaction with supervisory authorities.
- Coordinate warehouse organization, including storage planning, loading and unloading operations.
- Coordinate external logistics and operational service providers.
- Maintain warehouse and logistics documentation.
- Coordinate production planning and support the execution of production schedules.
- Monitor production activities and resolve operational issues.
- Support technical events and maintain production documentation.
- Organize customer visits, demonstrations, meetings, and corporate events.
- Welcome customers and coordinate on-site logistics, catering, meeting facilities, and event support.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure a professional customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, petroleum, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical or industrial environment.
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, facility management or production.
- Experience working in an electrical equipment manufacturing environment, including compliance with electrical safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships, build trust, and ensure long-term cooperation.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
