• Bid Support & Feasibility Analysis – Leadend-to-end logistics inquiries and feasibility studies during the projectbidding phase, delivering cost estimates and comprehensive feasibility reports covering shipping routes, port resources, transportoptions, route survey, and import duty/tax exemption policies.
• Logistics Service Procurement – Manage the procurement of logistics services, covering supplier pre-qualification/registration, tenderdocumentation, and participation in or facilitation of the bidding process.
• End-to-End Operations Management – Coordinate and supervise the full spectrum of logistics operations, encompassing Customssystem registration, tax/duty exemption applications, export customs clearance,marine transport, import clearance, and inland delivery in the destinationcountry. Oversee EPC/logistics subcontractors to ensure alignment with project schedules, track logistics status in real time, and promptly address anyabnormal incidents or emergencies.
• Cargo Insurance Management – Arrange appropriate cargo insurance coverage, ensure compliance with insurerrequirements throughout project execution, andfile timely claims with insurers when necessary.
• Government &Regulatory Liaison – Liaise with relevant government authorities in the projectcountry (e.g., Customs Administration, Investment Authority, Transport Bureau, Ministry of Finance) to obtain necessary permits, including import licenses, transport permits, and customs dutyexemptions

• Education – Full-time bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, International Trade, Engineering Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience – Minimum of 7 years of cumulativeexperience in EPC project management or international trade, with at least 5years specifically dedicated to logistics management.
• Domain Knowledge – Solid understanding of logistics and procurement processes; a background in the renewable energy industry is astrong plus.
• Regulatory Familiarity – In-depth knowledge of international import/export procedures, Incoterms, and customs policies.
• Language Skills – Excellent proficiency in English,with the ability to use English for daily communication, negotiation, and contract signing.
• Soft Skills – Strong logical thinking, outstandingorganisational and communication abilities, and proven teamwork skills, withthe capacity to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Work Location –Willingness to be based in Oman and to undertake assignments at overseas
