Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize new business opportunities through market research and analysis to drive company growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and industry influencers
• Develop and implement strategic business plans that align with company objectives and maximize profitability
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that effectively promote products and services
• Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit both the company and its clients ensuring mutual satisfaction
• Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and improve overall business performance
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients showcasing value propositions
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance company visibility and brand reputation
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and outcomes

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for international engagement.
