Operating since 2008, across 130 sites
- We are looking for a Operations Supervisor
- You will report to the manager of operations
- Manage multiple sites
- Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the service
- Know, understand, and enforce the contract
- Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with clients
- Budget management: food cost, labor cost, overheads
- Manage teams on a daily basis
- Manage the flow of raw materials
- Oversee the implementation of internal systems and ensure they are properly used by the teams
- Monitor and enforce QHSE protocols and guidelines established in collaboration with the QHSE department
- Engineering degree in food/agri-food (general or industrial), hotel management school, Supply Chain, Logistics, or business school
- We are looking for someone motivated, ambitious, and proactive with ideas
- Fluency in English is essential, and french is a plus
- Out of solidarity with our field teams, remote work is not available
- Versatility is key, even in support functions
