Job Summary Corporacion Up Middle East is seeking a high-caliber Strategic Partnerships Director to lead our regional growth, corporate alliances, joint venture initiatives, and high-value B2B ecosystems across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

Reporting directly to the Regional Managing Director, you will identify, structure, and negotiate transformative commercial partnerships with corporate enterprises, government entities, technology integrators, and financial institutions to drive long-term market expansion and recurring revenue streams.

• Partnership Strategy & Vision:
  Formulate and execute the regional strategic alliance roadmap, aligning partnership targets with overarching corporate growth, market penetration, and revenue goals.
• Deal Structuring & Negotiation:
  Lead end-to-end deal origination, commercial negotiations, financial modeling, joint go-to-market strategies, and contract finalization with high-profile regional and global partners.
• Government & Enterprise Alliances:
  Establish and nurture high-level relationships with ministry stakeholders, semi-government entities, sovereign wealth funds, and enterprise conglomerates across GCC markets.
• Go-To-Market (GTM) Integration:
  Partner with internal sales, product, marketing, and legal teams to build operational workflows, co-marketing campaigns, and integrated service offerings for new alliance channels.
• Account Ecosystem Management:
  Oversee the post-deal integration and performance management of key accounts, ensuring strategic alignment, joint KPI achievement, and multi-year partner retention.
• Market Intelligence & Revenue Tracking:
  Track competitive dynamics, evaluate emerging regional technology/commercial trends, and deliver quarterly executive reports on alliance-driven revenue and strategic impact.

• Experience:
  
  10+ years of progressive commercial experience in strategic partnerships, corporate development, enterprise sales, or executive alliance management within the MENA region, with at least 4+ years in a senior director level role.
• Track Record:
  Proven history of closing complex, multi-million AED commercial contracts, joint ventures, and strategic corporate alliances across GCC markets.
• Strategic Acumen:
  Exceptional contract negotiation, financial valuation, strategic deal structuring, and executive-level presentation skills.
• Network:
  Strong existing network of senior executives, decision-makers, and institutional contacts across the UAE, KSA, and broader MENA business landscape.
• Education:
  
  Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), International Business, Finance, Corporate Law, or a related field.
• Languages:
  
  Native/Bilingual proficiency in English; professional working fluency in Arabic or Spanish is highly advantageous.
