Support the analysis and design workstream on a large public-sector transformation programme, helping to connect business needs to the technical build and streamline the workflows behind the SOA-based architecture.
Working alongside the Senior Business Analyst and Solution Architect, the Junior BA captures requirements, documents current-state processes, maintains the requirements traceability matrix, details user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria, and supports data mapping against the unified data model.
Key Responsibilities:- Support requirements gathering and analysis.
- Document current-state processes and workflows.
- Support workflow and process modelling.
- Maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix.
- Prepare stakeholder workshop materials and minutes.
- Detail user stories.
- Document use cases.
- Define/support acceptance criteria.
- Support data-mapping activities for the unified registry data model.
- Maintain BRD/SRS documentation.
- Maintain service-catalogue documentation.
- Support the Senior BA and Solution Architect in translating business requirements into the technical build.
- Work effectively in a fast-moving, stakeholder-intensive onsite environment.
- Approximately 5 years of business-analysis experience.
- Exposure to platform, data-registry or digital-transformation projects.
- Solid documentation capability.
- Strong workflow-mapping skills.
- Strong process-modelling skills.
- Familiarity with BPMN/UML.
- Strong English is ESSENTIAL.
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast-moving, stakeholder-intensive environment.
- Willing and able to work onsite in Muscat, Oman.
- Bilingual Arabic/English.
