Are you ready to shape the voice and presence of our brand at the iconic House of AMOUAGE? We are looking for a talented Community and Publishing Senior Manager to strengthen our online engagement, elevate our storytelling, and amplify brand visibility across all digital platforms.
Your MissionResponsible for creating, developing and nurturing, and engaging our community of micro and macro perfume communities globally including users, clients and customers, and brand advocates. Primary focus to develop and execute strategies that foster meaningful interactions, strengthen brand loyalty, and drive community growth to connect with the audience, fostering non-paid user-generated content (UGC) by creators, and enhancing brand loyalty through meaningful interactions.

1. Community Strategy & Ecosystem Building
- Design and execute global community strategies across online and offline channels.
- Develop thriving micro- and macro-communities including perfume enthusiasts, VIP clients, creators, cultural partners, and brand advocates.
- Build and nurture local chapters and offline communities (e.g., community driven events, meet & greets, thematic meet-ups).
- Foster UGC creation at scale, House values and storytelling.
- Oversee community engagement across all owned platforms.
- Guide platform-level strategies for growth, reach, relevance and advocacy.
- Brief, prepare, create engaging and relevant content, such as articles, post captions, blog posts, social media updates, social guides to share with the community.
- Identify opportunities for creator collaborations and organic amplification.
- Plan social media amplification via boosting top performing content.
- Oversee community-driven editorial output: copywriting, newsletters, social media publishing and thought‑leadership content.
- Lead the publishing & copywriting associate in crafting community‑centric narratives.
- Translate insights from the community into relevant editorial style content.
- Ensure all content reflects the House’s tone, cultural positioning and storytelling standards.
- Lead the Events Coordinator in planning global events and distributor activations.
- Partner with key markets to support their community‑building efforts and ensure consistency.
- Coordinate with other team members across Communications, Brand, Retail and Hospitality and Sales for seamless execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, cultural voices with a special attention on the Friends of the House.
- Create structured programs for recurring touchpoints and co‑creation.
- Ensure sentiment tracking, feedback loops and community insights are escalated internally.
- Manage, coach and develop a team of three junior specialists.
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and growth.
- Work closely with Brand Development, Content Studio, Market Excellence, Hospitality, Boutique / retail network and key distributors.
- Translate community insights into strategies that inform product, content and brand direction.
- Oversee reporting across all platforms and community activations.
- Track sentiment, growth, engagement and editorial performance.
- Partner with Data/Insights teams to improve reporting tools.
- Present regular insights to the Executive Leadership Team to inform decision‑making.

We foresee the incumbent of this role to grow in this opportunity together with AMOUAGE.
Your Expertise- 6–10 years of experience in community, editorial, or social media roles
- Experience in luxury, beauty, culture, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors
- Proven background in multi‑market community building and offline activations
- Strong editorial judgment and content creation experience
- Exceptional relationship‑building skills
- Experience managing junior staff
- Comfort with frequent travel
- Strong familiarity with Gulf markets is a plus
- Outstanding written English;
Arabic or French is an asset
