• Work Experience 3+ years of content creation experience; real estate, lifestyle, hospitality, or agency experience preferred.

Create engaging Arabic and English content that increases awareness, builds trust, supports lead generation, and communicates project value across social media and digital platforms.

• Develop monthly content ideas, calendars, storylines, reels concepts, captions, and campaign themes.
• Align content with project launches, sales priorities, events, customer questions, and brand tone of voice.

• Write clear Arabic and English captions, short scripts, headlines, Whats App messages, email copy, and website snippets.
• Simplify technical real estate information into attractive and client-friendly messages.

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos, reels, stories, behind-the-scenes clips, and project updates.
• Coordinate filming with sales, projects, management, influencers, and external videographers.

• Monitor platform trends, competitor content, audience comments, and engagement patterns.
• Suggest creative ideas that increase reach, engagement, inquiries, and brand relevance.

• Ensure accuracy of project information, prices, locations, CTAs, and campaign messages before publishing.
• Maintain organized content libraries, scripts, footage, captions, and approvals.

• Arabic/English writing, reels creation, mobile filming, Cap Cut/Premiere basics, social media platforms, content calendars.
• Creativity, confidence, speed, curiosity, communication, attention to detail, storytelling, willingness to be on site.
