Pastry Chef

We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Pastry Chef to join our team in Muscat As the Head Pastry Chef you will be responsible for overseeing the pastry department and ensuring the highest quality and consistency in all pastry products You will also be responsible for creating new recipes designing menus and managing inventory and budgets

• Create new pastry recipes that meet our high standards of taste and presentation
• Design menus for various events and occasions
• Oversee the production of all pastry products ensuring quality and consistency
• Manage inventory ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
• Train and supervise pastry staff providing guidance and feedback when needed
• Monitor food costs and work within budget constraints
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of various pastry techniques ingredients equipment and procedures
• Creativity in designing new recipes
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to manage inventory and budget efficiently
• Excellent time management skills
• Good communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Valid work permit for Muscat preferred but not required

Salary $1100 per month
