Senior Advisor (Asset Management) – Oman Job Details
Tenure: 12 Months
Job PurposeResponsible for supporting the development and implementation of a best?in?class asset management framework across a portfolio of mining, processing, and industrial assets. The role focuses on enhancing asset performance, value creation, governance, reporting, and capital allocation through practical, execution?ready solutions.
Requirements- 15+ years’ experience in mining, metals, or industrial sectors, with strong exposure to asset or portfolio management, operations, or investment decision?making
- Proven experience managing multi?asset portfolios, capital allocation, and performance improvement initiatives
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, governance, and joint venture structures
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution
- Experience working with senior leadership, boards, or investment committees
- Willingness to be based in Oman (with flexibility as required)
