Senior Advisor – Asset Management (Mining & Industrial Portfolio) | Oman | Senior Strategic Role.

We are currently working with one of our major clients in Oman. This is a senior, portfolio‑focused role supporting the development and implementation of a structured asset management and capital allocation framework across a diversified portfolio of mining, processing, and industrial assets.

The role will play a key part in strengthening how the organisation evaluates asset performance, investment decisions, and overall portfolio value creation.

• Portfolio performance management across subsidiaries and associates
• Evaluation of asset performance and value creation opportunities
• Assessment and execution support for divestments and restructuring initiatives
• Review of dividend strategies and capital allocation decisions
• Development of performance reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPI structures
• Support in strengthening governance and investment decision‑making processes

• 15+ years’ experience in corporate finance, portfolio management, or asset performance roles
• Strong exposure to mining, metals, industrial, or infrastructure sectors
• Experience working at group level with multiple assets or business units
  
  Strong financial acumen with solid understanding of investment metrics (ROCE, IRR, etc.)
• Experience in capital allocation, investment evaluation, and performance reporting
• Background from large mining groups, infrastructure investors, or diversified industrial organisations is highly desirable

This is a strategic advisory role with strong exposure to senior leadership and portfolio‑level decision‑making.
