Finance Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with company goals ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements offering insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision‑making. Manage cash flow forecasts and budgets proactively identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to maintain financial health. Oversee financial audits liaising with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulations and accuracy in financial reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred. Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA that demonstrate advanced financial expertise and commitment to the field. Minimum of 5‑7 years of progressive finance experience, ideally within a similar industry or sector. Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
