Purpose and Summary

  • To execute the requirements of regulatory reports that are submitted to CBO and other regulatory authorities including, statistical and prudential liquidity reports.
  • To execute the regulatory reporting queries and ad hoc regulatory reporting requests.
  • To execute the data required for the regulatory bodies’ examinations.
Key Deliverables
  • Generate various quality reports such as financial reports, reports in accurate and timely manner after performing proper data analysis for generating reports.
  • Execute data for reconciliation for internal accounts that are owned by Finance Division.
  • Execute the regulatory data, provide assessments of trends, identify and explaining variances as needed.
  • Execute the data for reports so that the further procedures can be conducted without much delay.
  • Generate / extract all data that are required for reporting preparation.
  • Liaise with other stakeholders as and when required to gather financial information needed for reporting.
  • Execute the data required for internal and external auditors.
  • Submit the reports as per the deadlines set for distribution. Ensure the timely preparation of the reports.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out according to bank’s policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Participate / support in other related initiatives / projects or other duties as assigned by Finance Division management.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.

  • Good knowledge about banking terms, operations, products and services.
  • Understanding of accounting principles, standards, and best practices.
  • Understanding of Bank finance’s policies, processes, and procedures.
