To manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and deliver tailored financial solutions aligned with industry needs.
Main Tasks & Accountabilities- Manage and grow the portfolio of corporate clients in line with bank’s quality standard
- Identify and drive lending, trade finance, and fee income opportunities within existing and new clients
- Identify and market cross-sell opportunities across banking products to the clients
- Conduct financial analysis and support credit applications
- Maintain strong client engagement with regular visits and calls
- Monitor portfolio performance and risks and escalate early warning signals.
- Manage all kind of communication and interactions with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with credit administration and other support functions for timely execution of deals
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in corporate banking or relationship management
- Strong track record in business origination and client management
- Good understanding of credit and financial analysis
- Strong Relationship Management and Networking Skills
- Business Development and Sales Orientation
- Effective Negotiation and Influencing Skills
- Strong Communication and Presentation
