To mange a range of complex and standard clients accountsdaily. To secure sales and generate income in line with business plan.

• To contribute to the development of the bank’s overall business plan through identification ofincome generating opportunities in defined markets industries and targetedpotential customers.
• To achieve the targetsubmitted in the annual budgetary plan for the specific account portfolioallocated.
• To manage account relationships with existing portfolio of customers in order to maximize account profitability within the Bank’s Group Credit policy.
• To establish accountrelationship with new customers within the industry assigned.
• To ensure high risksituations are identified early and actions taken for proper intensive handling and recovery.

• To meet with current and potential key bank customers in the interests of sustaining and furtheringon going profitable relationships.
• Cross sell bankproducts and services.
• Positiverepresentation and projection of the Bank in the market.

• To prepare timely and quality credit proposals for analysis and approval in line with authoritylevel.
• Policy and procedureawareness
• Credit knowledge(IFRS9), overdue, excess limits, missing and expired documents, call report sand insurance expiry trackers.

• Drive continuousprocess improvement through innovative, automated, and digital solutions oncerequired

• Ensure adherence tothe bank's policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in alloperational activities.

• Continually updateoneself through knowledge acquisition, on-the-job training, or projectinvolvement; advocate and support others to do the same.

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any other related fields.
• 5+ years of banking sectoror any other related financial sector.
