Responsibilities
- Ensure SSS vehicle leaves the office and returns on time and that no overtime is paid to SSS except for genuine reasons with approval of the department head.
- Ensure SSS vehicles do not exceed the cash limit for cash transit operations.
- Act as custodian for cash in the vault, ATM, CDM devices, and all securities held in the Treasury Vault.
- Ensure cash limits are adhered to at all times and sufficient funds are kept to meet daily cash requirements of devices.
- Review device cash requirements reports and prepare the devices cash list.
- Receive and send cash between branches or to cash management.
- Ensure that all ATMs have sufficient cash at all times, including weekends and holidays, and ensure ATM devices never run out of cash.
- Cash must be counted by both custodians and checked before leaving the office.
- Ensure all cash is counted and posted manually if required.
- Cash for CDM must be removed at regular intervals and handed in a sealed cover bag with a copy of the CDM counters.
- All emergency calls must be attended without fail.
- Improve operations efficiency and score green audit rating.
- Perform daily service as per the list provided to each group and cover the maximum number of machines in a day to provide uninterrupted services to customers.
