This senior leadership position offers the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a well-established wealth management business, leading a team of investment professionals while driving growth across a significant High Net Worth client portfolio.

The successful individual will combine exceptional investment expertise with strong commercial leadership, helping to develop both people and proposition within a rapidly growing private banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Investment Advisory function.
• Manage, coach and mentor a team of Investment Advisors.
• Define investment strategy and client proposition.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive business growth and increase assets under management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to governance standards.
• Build strong relationships with key High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients.
• Represent the bank with key stakeholders and strategic partners.

The ideal candidate will have

• Extensive leadership experience within Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• Significant experience advising High Net Worth clients across investment solutions.
• Proven success leading investment advisory teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to grow revenue and assets under management.
• Deep knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
• A degree and relevant professional investment qualifications would be highly advantageous.
