Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager with 3–5 years of progressive experience and ACCA or CMA certification. This role oversees all financial operations, including treasury, financial reporting, accounts payable, budgeting, forecasting, and the full audit cycle. The ideal candidate combines technical rigor with business acumen.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily financial operations: cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and working capital optimization.
- Manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process, collaborating with department heads.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) in compliance with IFRS or local GAAP.
- Lead the accounts payable function: ensure timely and accurate payment processing, vendor reconciliation, and expense control.
- Coordinate the annual external audit: prepare audit schedules, liaise with auditors, and address findings.
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to safeguard assets.
- Perform financial analysis (variance, trend, ratio) to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage tax compliance (VAT, corporate tax) and liaise with regulatory authorities.
- Supervise and mentor junior finance staff (if any).
- Provide ad-hoc financial reports and insights to the CFO or senior leadership.
- Experience:
3–5 years in finance/accounting roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. - Certification: ACCA (completed or finalist) or CMA (certified) required.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Master’s (MSc Finance, MBA) is a plus. - Technical
Skills:
Advanced Excel; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics); knowledge of accounting software. - Competencies:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication; ability to meet strict deadlines; high ethical standards.
