Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our Finance team. The role is responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, while providing actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making and business growth.

This position will be based in Muscat, Oman, and will report to the Finance Manager at Jotun Paints Co LLC Oman.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decision‑making.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
• Conduct cost analysis and monitor inventory controls to improve profitability.
• Coordinate financial reporting schedules and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Support continuous improvement of financial reporting processes, tools, and systems.
• Provide support across finance functions, including accounting, credit control, and ad‑hoc financial analysis.

• CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• This position is open to Omani nationals only.
