Credit Controller

Overview

SELECTED is delighted to be partnering with a major international law firm to appoint a Credit Controller cum Billing Assistant for its Muscat office.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected professional services environment, working closely with the finance team to support credit control, billing and day-to-day finance operations.

• Managing the firm’s credit control process and collection of outstanding debts.
• Building relationships with clients to resolve billing queries efficiently.
• Supporting monthly credit control meetings and reporting.
• Processing invoices and assisting with billing activities.
• Supporting the wider finance function with cashiering and administrative finance tasks.
• Working closely with colleagues across the Middle East and international finance teams.

• Omani nationality (essential).
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience within Credit Control.
• Previous billing experience within a professional services environment.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Previous law firm experience is highly desirable.
