• Oversee daily financial operations: cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and working capital optimization.
• Manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process, collaborating with department heads.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) in compliance with IFRS or local GAAP.
• Lead the accounts payable function: ensure timely and accurate payment processing, vendor reconciliation, and expense control.
• Coordinate the annual external audit: prepare audit schedules, liaise with auditors, and address findings.
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to safeguard assets.
• Perform financial analysis (variance, trend, ratio) to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage tax compliance (VAT, corporate tax) and liaise with regulatory authorities.
• Supervise and mentor junior finance staff (if any).
• Provide ad-hoc financial reports and insights to the CFO or senior leadership.

• Experience:
  
  3–5 years in finance/accounting roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Certification: ACCA (completed or finalist) or CMA (certified) required.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Master’s (MSc Finance, MBA) is a plus.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Advanced Excel; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics); knowledge of accounting software.
