Are you a tax professional looking to make an impact within a fast-growing global luxury brand? We are seeking a Tax Compliance Specialist to oversee the Group's global tax compliance framework, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective tax governance across multiple jurisdictions.
Your MissionWorking closely with the Finance team and external advisors, you will manage global tax compliance activities, maintain the tax control framework, monitor legislative changes, support e-invoicing initiatives, and drive continuous improvements to tax processes across the Group.
Your Impact- Support preparation and review of direct and indirect tax filings across the group's footprint, working with local advisors to ensure accurate and timely submission.
- Maintain the tax compliance calendar, tracking filing deadlines, payment dates, and certificate renewals across jurisdictions.
- Lead the roll-out of e-invoicing obligations across the group’s jurisdictions.
- Own the implementation and operation of the group’s tax control framework - document controls, evidence their performance, and drive remediation of any gaps.
- Ensure tax documentation - including SOPs, master file, local files, and benchmark studies - is kept up to date and compliant with local rules and regulations.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and tax authorities, including responses to information requests and audit queries.
- Monitor tax law developments in the group's operating jurisdictions and assess the practical impact on the business.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of compliance processes, including the use of data analytics and automation tools.
- Support in periodical tax forecast calculations and monitoring.
- Act as a point of contact for the business on tax-related matters.

Your ExpertiseRequired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Law, or Economics.
- A minimum of 5 years’ tax advisory and/or compliance experience, gained in a Big 4 / mid-tier firm or the in-house tax function of a multinational, including time operating with significant autonomy.
- Solid understanding of tax compliance and a working understanding of the main tax disciplines (CIT, TP, VAT, customs, WHT).
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Confident operating independently, exercising sound judgement, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient with Excel and tax/ERP reporting tools.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CTA, ADIT), ideally completed.
- Experience working with third parties (external advisors, auditors).
- Experience with data analytics or compliance automation tooling.
- Arabic language skills and/or prior GCC experience.
