Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the company s financial strategy aligned with Onsor Technologies strategic objectives Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team Support business expansion new investments mergers acquisitions and strategic partnerships Lead long-term financial planning to support business growth and innovation Financial Management Direct all finance accounting treasury taxation payroll and financial reporting activities Ensure timely and IFRS-compliant financial reporting Maintain effective internal financial controls and governance frameworks Manage cash flow liquidity working capital and capital allocation Budgeting amp Financial Planning Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process Develop financial models to support business decisions and investment opportunities Monitor financial performance against budgets and strategic targets Recommend initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency Treasury amp Investment Management Manage banking relationships and financing arrangements Lead fundraising through debt equity grants and government funding Evaluate investment opportunities and optimize capital structure Monitor foreign exchange exposure and financial risks Commercial amp Manufacturing Finance Support pricing strategies and commercial decision-making Oversee product costing and profitability analysis for hardware manufacturing and technology solutions Monitor project profitability across software AI IoT and digital transformation projects Improve procurement efficiency and supply chain financial performance Corporate Governance amp Compliance Ensure compliance with Omani financial regulations taxation VAT requirements and statutory obligations Lead internal and external audits Develop enterprise risk management policies and business continuity plans Strengthen corporate governance and financial compliance across the organization Business Performance Develop executive dashboards and financial KPIs Monitor business performance and recommend corrective actions Support digital transformation initiatives through financial analytics and automation Drive cost optimization while maintaining operational excellence Leadership amp People Management Lead mentor and develop the Finance and Procurement teams Build a high-performing finance function that supports innovation and growth Foster a culture of integrity accountability collaboration and continuous improvement Partner with department heads to improve financial awareness and decision-making

Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

MBA or master s degree in finance is preferred.

Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA are required.

Experience:

10 years of progressive experience in finance, including leadership roles.

Proven experience in financial strategy, corporate finance, fundraising, and investment management.

Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting, and finance transformation initiatives
