Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking

Industry Preference:
Candidates with experience in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, or the Financial Services sector will be given strong preference.

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking to manage a portfolio of corporate clients, drive business growth, and build long-term customer relationships while ensuring sound credit management and portfolio performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven experience in corporate relationship management and business development.
• Strong knowledge of corporate credit analysis, lending, and portfolio management.
• Good understanding of IFRS 9, credit policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate banking relationships while maximizing profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new corporate clients.
• Achieve portfolio growth and revenue targets in line with the Bank's annual business plan.
• Prepare high-quality credit proposals for timely analysis and approval.
• Monitor portfolio quality and proactively identify and manage credit risks.
• Cross-sell the Bank's products and services to existing and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.

Salary Maximum OMR 3,000 depending on experience and interview result
