Finance Director
The Finance Director will lead the financial strategy and operations of International Seafood Company (ISFC), supporting its transformation into a globally competitive seafood business. Reporting to the CEO, the role will oversee financial planning, treasury, funding, costing, taxation, internal controls, risk management, compliance, audits and ERP finance systems.
Key responsibilities include managing budgets and forecasts, improving profitability and cash flow, strengthening financial governance, optimizing manufacturing costs and working capital, evaluating capital investments and supporting export growth. The Finance Director will also advise the CEO and Board on financial performance, funding and strategic investment decisions while building a high-performing finance team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce.
- CPA, ACCA, ACA or CMA qualification is mandatory.
- MBA or Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of finance experience, including at least 7 years in senior leadership.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, treasury, corporate finance, costing, FP&A and risk management.
- Experience in seafood, food processing, FMCG or manufacturing is preferred.
- Exposure to export-oriented businesses, ERP systems and Board-level reporting.
- Strong leadership, business partnering, financial modelling and negotiation skills.
