The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides strategic financial leadership to drive the growth, financial sustainability, and long-term success of Onsor Technologies. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CFO partners with the CEO to strengthen financial performance, ensure sound governance and compliance, and support operational excellence and sustainable value creation.

KEY

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with Onsor Technologies' strategic objectives.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
Support business expansion, new investments, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
Lead long-term financial planning to support business growth and innovation.
Direct all finance, accounting, treasury, taxation, payroll, and financial reporting activities.
Ensure timely and IFRS-compliant financial reporting.
Maintain effective internal financial controls and governance frameworks.
Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and capital allocation.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
Develop financial models to support business decisions and investment opportunities.
Monitor financial performance against budgets and strategic targets.
Recommend initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Treasury & Investment Management

Manage banking relationships and financing arrangements.
Lead fundraising through debt, equity, grants, and government funding.
Evaluate investment opportunities and optimize capital structure.
Monitor foreign exchange exposure and financial risks.

Commercial & Manufacturing Finance

Support pricing strategies and commercial decision-making.
Oversee product costing and profitability analysis for hardware manufacturing and technology solutions.
Monitor project profitability across software, AI, IoT, and digital transformation projects.
Improve procurement efficiency and supply chain financial performance.

Corporate Governance & Compliance

Ensure compliance with Omani financial regulations, taxation, VAT requirements, and statutory obligations.
Lead internal and external audits.
Develop enterprise risk management policies and business continuity plans.
Strengthen corporate governance and financial compliance across the organization.

Business Performance

Develop executive dashboards and financial KPIs.
Monitor business performance and recommend corrective actions.
Support digital transformation initiatives through financial analytics and automation.
Drive cost optimization while maintaining operational excellence.

Leadership & People Management

Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance and Procurement teams.
Build a high-performing finance function that supports innovation and growth.
Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Partner with department heads to improve financial awareness and decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA or master s degree in finance is preferred.
Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA are required.

Experience:

10 years of progressive experience in finance, including leadership roles.
Proven experience in financial strategy, corporate finance, fundraising, and investment management.
Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting, and finance transformation initiatives.
