An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Service Executive - Spa to join Jumeirah Muscat Bay
.
- Greet and escort guests to spa locations, ensure treatment rooms are clean and prepared, handle guest enquiries, recommend amenities, and support daily operations as required.
- Anticipate guest needs, including special requirements, and deliver appropriate services, products, or information to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Identify and address guest concerns or dissatisfaction promptly, resolving issues within the scope of responsibility and escalating to management when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the reception desk, treatment areas, and service stations in line with established service standards.
- Prepare and set service trays, tables, and amenities, and serve and clear food and beverages efficiently in accordance with SOPs and service expectations.
- Uphold Jumeirah grooming, hygiene, health & safety, HACCP, and business conduct standards, ensuring punctuality, professionalism, and compliance at all times.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is essential; a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in the international luxury hospitality industry, preferably in a similar guest-facing role within a multicultural environment.
- Strong knowledge of guest services and guest relations, including food service, food safety, hygiene standards, and service excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent customer service orientation, high standards of personal presentation and hygiene, and a strong commitment to guest privacy and confidentiality.
