- Run daily reports (number of arrivals/departures), identify special requests, and check reports for accuracy.
- Document all trips prior to start and at conclusion of each trip.
- Transport guests to/from assigned destinations using property vehicle, park vehicle in designated location when not in use.
- Inspect property vehicles for damage and cleanliness; check tire pressure, fluid levels, and refuel as necessary.
- Document all vehicle incidents (damages, accidents) and report to manager/supervisor.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees; act as role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
- Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
- Follow all company policies and procedures; maintain uniform and personal appearance professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
- Anticipate and address guests’ service needs; converse using clear professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones with appropriate etiquette.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships; ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, and implement ways to increase organizational quality.
- Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print); inspect tools, equipment, or machines to identify defects.
- Move at required speed, stand/sit/walk extended; lift/carry weights up to 50 lbs without assistance, >75 lbs with assistance; work on uneven or slippery surfaces, stairs, and ramps; reach overhead and below knees; use manual and fine motor skills.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
- Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. - Related
Work Experience:
Less than 1-year related work experience. - Supervisory
Experience:
No supervisory experience.
- License or Certification:
Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
