Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for, sanitized, and inspected according to standards.
• Make dining and entertainment arrangements.
• Maintain a high level of organization, especially when packing for travel.
• Be meticulous in details and arrangement of furniture and items.
• Protect equipment and ensure no inadequacies.
• Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, or disturbances.
• Handle reasonable complaints and requests with professionalism and patience.
• Check stocking levels of consumables and replace when appropriate.
• Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and be aware of company practices.
• Coordinate and monitor events in the villa with respect to cleaning and arrangements.
• Perform other related duties as required by the Employer.
• Be willing to travel with the family if needed.

• Bachelor’s degree or proven training in similar required skills.
• Proven experience as a Housekeeper with a background in Butler services.
• Highly organized and meticulous.
• Ability to work with little supervision while maintaining high performance.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Good communication skills, work ethics, and zero attitude.
