Job Description- The Hostess is responsible for creating a warm and professional first impression by welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring a smooth flow of guests within the restaurant. The Hostess works closely with the restaurant team to provide excellent customer service, maintain an organized reception area, and ensure every guest enjoys a pleasant dining experience.
- Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hostess in a hotel, restaurant, café, or fine dining establishment.
- GCC experience is preferred.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels or upscale restaurants is an advantage.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime when required.
