- Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Provide excellent customer service and support guest requirements.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Customer‑focused with a positive attitude.
- Previous hospitality experience is an advantage.
