We are looking for a professional and service-driven Waiter to join our hospitality team. This is an opportunity to work within an exclusive private members' club where exceptional service, attention to detail, and creating memorable experiences are at the heart of everything we do.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring members and their guests receive a warm welcome and impeccable service, working closely with the wider hospitality and culinary teams to deliver a seamless dining experience.

• Welcome members and guests with a warm and professional approach.
• Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages efficiently.
• Set up and clear tables while maintaining impeccable presentation standards.
• Ensure dining and service areas remain clean, organised, and inviting.
• Liaise closely with the kitchen to ensure accurate and timely service.
• Develop a strong understanding of the menu to confidently answer questions and make recommendations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to member requests and feedback.
• Support private events, functions, and special occasions.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and service excellence.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a high-end hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a food & beverage service role.
• Experience with in fine dining, luxury hospitality, hotels, or private members' clubs (preferred).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A professional, polished, and personable manner.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guests' needs.
• A proactive, reliable, and team-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluent English (additional languages are advantageous).
