AboutThe Job
- Oversee daily operations, guide and motivate the team, and lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and compassion.
- Plan work schedules, delegate tasks, prepare duty rosters, and brief colleagues on daily responsibilities and operational changes.
- Ensure guests, clients, and colleagues are welcomed and attended to professionally, discreetly, and efficiently.
- Manage administrative duties, including reports, filing systems, stock inventories, vendor directories, and contract documentation.
- Coordinate vendor registration, code creation, price updates, purchase orders, and accurate allocation of operational expenses.
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints, report operational issues, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, audits, and hospitality standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (essential);
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or any other relevant field (desirable). - 2–3 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company.
- Experience working in an international environment with a clear understanding of cultural differences, demonstrating trust and respect for everyone.
