Concierge

As a Concierge in Muscat Oman you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. You will be the main point of contact for guests and will assist them with various requests such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, and providing information about local attractions.

• Indian nationality preferred
• No English language skills required
• Ability to work without prior experience in a similar role
• Must have own visa to work in Oman
• Minimum of 12th grade education
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide information about hotel amenities and services
• Book reservations for restaurants, spa treatments and other activities as requested by guests
• Arrange transportation for guests to local attractions or airport transfers
• Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional manner and escalat[e] when necessary
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the local area and make recommendations for dining, entertainment and sightseeing options
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner

Salary $1700 per month
