We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in Muscat. As a Concierge Assistant you will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs, providing information about local attractions and amenities and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide information about local services, attractions and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
- Indian national residing in Muscat with own valid visa sponsorship not provided
- Fluent in English, additional languages are an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
Salary: 1600$ per month
Note:
This is a temporary position with no accommodation provided. Working hours may vary based on hotel occupancy levels.
