The F&B Service Expert – Omani is a full-time, on-site role based at Sheraton Oman Hotel in Wilayat Al Amrat. This role is responsible for providing attentive and personalized food and beverage service in restaurants, lounges, and event spaces, ensuring guests enjoy a refined and memorable experience. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and responding to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.

The F&B Service Expert collaborates closely with culinary and bar teams, maintains high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and follows all health, safety, and hygiene procedures. The role also supports special events and banquets, assists with table setups and service stations, and contributes to an atmosphere of warm hospitality aligned with Sheraton brand standards.

• Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, with experience in restaurant, lounge, or banquet operations.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with a diverse guest profile.
• Candidates should possess practical Culinary Skills related to basic food knowledge, menu understanding, and presentation standards.
• Previous experience in a hotel or upscale dining environment is highly beneficial, especially within international or luxury brands.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and to stand for extended periods while performing service duties.
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and guest satisfaction.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic and additional languages is an advantage.
• Local knowledge of Muscat and Omani culture is beneficial; prior F&B training or certification is an added advantage.
