Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Muscat, Oman, is seeking a Guest Service Expert to deliver welcoming service and memorable experiences for our guests. You will assist with table setup, interact with guests, coordinate with the kitchen, and maintain cleanliness and order in service areas.
As a non-management team member, you will follow brand standards, uphold safety and quality, and contribute to a positive hospitality atmosphere in our hotel. This role is full-time and on-site at our Oman property.
