Inter Continental Muscat is seeking a poised, confident, and service-oriented F&B Hostess to be the welcoming face of the renowned Trader Vic's Restaurant. This fast-paced, French Polynesian outlet is celebrated for its sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere - a perfect space for guests to relax, connect, and enjoy exotic cocktails and international menu has become a favourite destination with locations around the globe.
In this role, you will create exceptional first and last impressions by greeting guests warmly, managing reservations efficiently, and ensuring a seamless flow of service in alignment with Inter Continental brand standards.
Your Day to Day- Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine luxury attitude
- Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table assignments accurately and efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus in line with service standards
- Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with confidence and courtesy
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with empathy and solution-focused service
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards at the host desk and restaurant entrance
- Uphold Inter Continental brand values, grooming standards, and service culture at all times
- Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed appearance with a confident and welcoming presence
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
