Job Summary
The Front Office Shift Leader / Supervisor will oversee Front Office operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth guest arrivals and departures, efficient room allocation, excellent guest service, and effective coordination with other departments. The role will supervise Front Office staff, handle guest concerns, maintain operational standards, and support the smooth functioning of the resort.
Roles & Responsibilities- Supervise daily Front Office activities during assigned shifts and ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate and guide Front Office staff, allocate duties, and monitor performance.
- Manage guest check-in, check-out, room allocation, reservations, and guest requests.
- Monitor arrivals, departures, room status, VIP guests, and special guest requirements.
- Ensure professional and timely handling of guest queries, complaints, and service issues.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth guest services.
- Ensure accurate handling of guest accounts, payments, billing, and Front Office documentation.
- Conduct shift briefings and ensure effective communication of operational information.
- Maintain Front Office records, reports, checklists, and required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with resort policies, procedures, service standards, and operational guidelines.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to maintain consistent service quality.
- Escalate major guest or operational issues to the Front Office Manager/Operations Manager.
- Support the Front Office Manager in maintaining guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in the same position or equivalent Front Office supervisory role.
- Proven experience in hotel/resort Front Office operations.
- Strong experience in guest handling and Front Office team supervision.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to work in a remote resort environment.
- Candidate must be above 21 years of age.
- Valid Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) to be submitted and verified before the interview.
- Valid passport with minimum 7 months validity at the time of visa processing.
- Updated CV and relevant employment/experience certificates required.
